Lamora Energy is building something bigger than a solar company.

Our vision is simple - to become the most loved solar company in Australia.

We're looking for a Brand Manager who can own our presence, build authority, and turn every install into a marketing engine.

This is not a "post three times a week" role. This is a growth-driving, strategy-led position.

The Role

You will own Lamora's brand execution across digital and local markets.

You'll manage our voice, elevate our content, and build systems that convert attention into trust - and trust into booked installs.

You'll work closely with leadership and our install teams to capture real projects, real results, and real proof.

You will be measured on:

* Organic lead conversion
* Review growth and velocity
* Brand consistency
* Local market penetration
* SEO authority
What You'll Own
* Execute strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business
* Plan and publish high-quality reels, carousels, testimonials and educational posts
* Build a structured content calendar and posting cadence
* Manage engagement (comments, DMs, community responses)
* Align every piece of content with Lamora's brand voice
Authority & SEO
* Develop and execute SEO strategy
* Create weekly AI-assisted blog content (rebates, suburb pages, batteries, comparisons)
* Position Lamora as the authority on solar insights and updates
Local Market Domination
* Design neighbourhood marketing campaigns
* Letterbox drops before installs
* Post-install postcards
* Build repeatable "street saturation" campaigns
* Coordinate exposure with installation partners
Reviews & Referrals
* Audit and improve referral program
* Build automated email sequences (pre-install, post-install, referral ask, review ask)
* Develop nurture campaigns for unclosed leads
* Create automated post-install review workflow
* Respond to all reviews (positive and negative)
* Increase review velocity month-on-month
Brand Integrity
* Ensure all materials are on brand (proposals, signage, uniforms, digital assets)
* Maintain visual consistency
* Build internal brand asset library
You Are
* Strategic, not just creative
* Systems-minded
* Comfortable using AI to move faster
* Data-aware (you measure what you build)
* Confident working directly with leadership
* Obsessed with consistency
* Bonus if you have experience in:
* Solar or construction marketing
* Local SEO
* Direct response marketing
