F&B Team Leader (FT) - Holiday Inn Perth City Centre

Position: Food & Beverage Team Leader (Fulltime)
The venue, Ivy & Jack, welcomes in‑house guests, external customers, and corporate clients. It is open from breakfast to dinner, 7 days per week.


What you will do:

* Ensuring all credit and financial transactions are handled in a secure manner.
* Liaising and working collaboratively with Food & Beverage Management regarding daily duties.
* Assisting with supporting the development of the team to maximise performance and a great company culture.
* Ensuring guest satisfaction through delivering the Holiday Inn brand service style of ‘Making Guests Smile’ by enabling real human connections, putting guests at ease, and creating moments of delight.
* Developing and maintaining cohesive working relationships within the immediate team, and wider hotel team.
* Maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant including compliance with health and safety standards.


The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Team Leader or Supervisor role.
* Highly motivated and genuinely loves to interact with a variety of different people.
* Knowledge of how to prepare a wide range of beverages.
* Ability to delegate, drive and motivate a team.


We are looking for someone who:

* Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
* Can work across a 7‑day rotating roster. Shifts will include weekends and public holidays.
