About The Role
As our new Enrolled Nurse (EN) within Moree Maternity, you will assist with observations, medications, personal cares and assist in the labour room with direction from the midwife. Once trained, you will also be able to undertake SWISH screenings of our newborns, provide neonatal life support and assist with newborn baths. You will also enjoy variety in this role – when maternity is quiet, the EN will be able to assist in other units such as Emergency Department and Acute Inpatient wards. You won't be working alone. You will be supported by the experienced and passionate midwifery team at Moree Maternity, where you will be working alongside the registered midwife on rotating shift work. You will also be supported through your orientation and ongoing professional development by the Midwifery Unit Manager and the Clinical Midwifery Educator.

Requirements
Currently registered as an Enrolled Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.

- An eligibility list will be created for future permanent full or part-time and temporary full or part-time vacancies.
- To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia.
