**Role**:
- Manage Warehouse employees and freight companies
- Contribute to the training and development of employees
- Assist Warehouse employees, including handling customer complaints and enquiries
- Supervise and assist Warehouse employees in preparing and completing orders, including picking parts and packing orders for delivery
- Supervise and assist Warehouse employees in receiving, storing and processing stock products according to storage and stock control procedures
- Supervise and assist the Delivery Driver as required, including loading, transporting and delivering customer orders in a safe and timely manner
- Conduct audits to ensure inventory controls and quality standards are maintained
- Provide administrative assistance including producing consignment notes
- Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, deliveries and goods used or issued

**You**:
- Exceptional technical knowledge of automotive parts
- Profound understanding of warehousing principles and inventory control
- Ability to establish highly effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through building credibility, respect, and rapport
- Outstanding communication skills, dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Proficient in time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet specified deadlines
- Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience as a Warehouse Manager or Parts Interpreter is essential
