The Role
Superior Engineering is seeking an Experienced Accounts Administrator.
The position is based at Burpengary.
Duties
Daily auditing and allocating of customer payments & refunds
Balancing our custom EMS accounts with Reckon
Receive and send emails as required
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Weekly payroll (including daily auditing of staff times) & superannuation
Assist with end of month bank reconciliations
Assist with screening applicants for job vacancies and new staff inductions
Reconcile office petty cash & floats
Provide administrative support as required
What We Are Looking For?
Intermediate skills experience is a MUST in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Experience in accounting software is a must, would be an advantage if you've used Reckon
Excellent computer and phone skills
A proactive, hard-working attitude and be self-motivated
Ability to learn quickly
High attention to detail and accuracy
Work in a team and individually
Strong computer skills and confidence using multiple systems at once
Capable of working under pressure and in a high-paced environment
Be able to multi-task and have great organisational skills
The Application
Hours will ideally be Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm Monday (may be negotiated for the right person).
This is a Permanent Full-Time position except for a six month probation period (maybe be extended).
The position is available to start in the new year and can be negotiated depending on the successful applicant.
The applicant must also have their own transport and licence.
