Personal Support Role

* As a Personal Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in someone's life by providing direct support to individuals with acquired spinal cord injuries in their homes.
* Your key responsibilities will include transferring clients in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists as required, grooming, bathing, dressing, and dental hygiene, personal care, including toileting, bladder and bowel management, basic wound care and self-medication, domestic support, and community access.
About You
* We are seeking individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work independently.
* A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
* National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Workers Screening and Blue Cards are also required.
* Experience in the field or relevant qualifications are desirable, but not necessary, as training will be provided.
