We are now looking for a Reception Team Leader to join our team full-time.

About the role
As Reception Team Leader, you will be a key part of the hotel's day-to-day success. You will oversee reception operations during your shifts, support and guide the front office team, and ensure our guests receive exceptional service from arrival through to departure.
This is a hands‐on leadership role, so you will be actively involved in front desk operations while also taking ownership of service standards, team support, problem‐solving and shift coordination.
What you'll be responsible for
* Leading the front office team during shifts and setting the tone for exceptional guest service
* Delivering a warm, confident and professional guest experience at every touchpoint
* Supporting, coaching and motivating team members to perform at their best
* Assisting with training, onboarding and maintaining high service standards
* Managing check‐ins, check‐outs, reservations and daily reception operations
* Handling guest concerns and escalations with care, professionalism and sound judgement
* Driving accommodation sales through upselling, enquiry conversion and proactive guest engagement
* Completing shift handovers, reporting and operational follow‐up accurately
* Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance and management to ensure smooth hotel operations
What we're looking for
* Previous front office experience in a hotel, serviced apartment or hospitality environment
* Experience in a senior reception, supervisor or team leader capacity
* A genuine passion for guest service and team leadership
* Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‐solving skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Confidence using front office and reservation systems
* High attention to detail and strong personal presentation
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
Highly regarded
* Experience in a Reception Team Leader, Senior Guest Service Agent or Duty Manager‐style role
* A sales mindset and confidence identifying revenue opportunities
* Additional language skills, including Korean
