About The Role
As
Store Manager,
you will take full ownership of the
Byron Bay
store. This is a hands on leadership role where you will manage day to day store operations, drive sales, lead a team, and ensure the store reflects strong visual standards and customer experience.
You will be responsible for rostering, coaching, performance, stock flow and ensuring the store operates safely and efficiently while delivering strong results.
Skills And Experience
* Previous Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience in retail
* Strong people leadership and coaching skills
* Confident managing volunteers and diverse teams
* Commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and KPIs
* Passion for customer experience and community engagement
