With a strong reputation for delivering comprehensive precast solutions, this team proudly serves builders and developers across South Australia and regional Victoria.About the roleThe overall purpose of the Installation Leading Hand is to plan, coordinate and supervise to ensure safe and efficient installation of Precast elementsSafety and compliance responsibilities include: ensuring a safe work site, team members sign on to SWMS for job site/project and follow SWMS and SOP for all activities.Ensure staff inducted and trained for the job.Ensure appropriate equipment for job, including Site/job plans.Attend and contribute to toolbox meetings.Oversee the set up and preparation of site.Skills and experience requiredAt least 3 years experience installing precast panels and other precast elements.Experience collaborating with team members to ensure smooth project execution.Have strong communication with clients and stakeholders.Knowledge of compliance with Work Health and Safety standardsAbility to read and interpret construction plans to guide installation processes.Experience managing project timelines effectively.QualificationsHigh Risk Work Licence - Intermediate Rigger (RI) with 3+ years of relevant experience.Class C Driver’s License (HR preferred).High Risk Work Licence - Work Platform (WP).Construction Industry Induction (White Card).How to applyIf you are interested and would like to be considered for the above position please click on the link to apply or send me your updated current resume to lisa@techforce.com.au
