The Role
Manage civil projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, time, cost and quality targets are achieved
Lead site teams and subcontractors, driving safety and performance across all stages
Oversee project budgets, cash flow and contract administration
Manage programming and scheduling, ensuring smooth delivery and reporting
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with councils, authorities and service providers
The Criteria
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' experience delivering civil infrastructure projects in Australia (Adelaide experience highly regarded)
Strong client and authority relationship skills
Solid commercial acumen, with demonstrated contract and cost management experience
Confident communicator and leader with a focus on building positive project teams
