This is not a pure admin role. It's a commercial support and coordination role that sits at the center of sales, projects and marketing, keeping complex work moving and freeing senior sales leaders to sell.
A global industrial business is looking for a Sales & Projects Administrator who brings structure, pace and attention to detail to a fast-moving commercial environment. Its perfect for someone with extensive experience in working in a project management office (PMO). You will report directly to the Sales Director.

The role
You'll support sales and project teams by coordinating tenders, managing documentation, tracking project activity and ensuring deadlines are met. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and technical teams to keep bids, projects and reporting running smoothly.
This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, not just task completion. You'll be trusted with sensitive information, tight timelines and cross-functional coordination.
What you'll be doing
You'll coordinate tender submissions, manage project logs and status reporting, book technical resources and support project planning. You'll assist sales teams with quotes, proposals, CRM reporting and sales process discipline.
You'll also support marketing and branch activity, including events, training coordination, asset management and internal communication. On top of that, you'll help keep office operations, onboarding and administration running efficiently.
