Customer Service Representative - Rare Spares Campbellfield - Full Time
Rare Spares is the leader in the Australian Classic Holden & Ford restoration market and prides itself on exceptional customer service and quality products.
The purpose of this role is to contribute to the growth and profitability of Rare Spares Online by providing superior customer service and product knowledge to customers.
About The Role
Provide excellent level of customer sales and service to all customers
Build customer relationships that ensure we are their first source of supply
Add value to every customer experience
Maximise sales performance by providing the best quality, up-to-date information on products and services for both online and telephone customers
Process orders daily and apply payments
Role Requirements
Customer Service
Answer customer email, online chats and phone calls
Sell products over the phone
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
Work with the team to achieve store set goals and objectives
Demonstrate high personal presentational standards
Store Liaison
Manage stock across the store network
Allocate and reallocate online orders to stores throughout the network
Assist stores to fulfil their orders as quickly as possible
Assist stores with customer enquiries
About You
Customer Service background
Clear communication and problem-solving skills
Auto parts knowledge (desirable)
Experience with inventory systems (desirable)
