About the Opportunity**We are looking for experienced Support Workers to work in the Southern suburbs of Adelaide. Staff will have the opportunity to work in our current Supported Independent Living Homes (SIL) as well as Community Participation shifts across this region.
Components of the supports include in-home support, assistance with personal care, meal preparation with light domestic assistance, social engagement, and community access and participation.
About You
To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.
In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory compliance:
* Relevant qualification (minimum Certificate III in Disability or related industry)
* Experience with PEG Feeding highly desriable.
* Experience with Dementia & Schizophrenia highly desirable.
* Trauma Informed.
* Willingness to travel to other locations if required.
* Driver's Licence & Car with Comprehensive Insurance.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Working with Children Check in South Australia
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain.
* Accredited Medication Administration Certificate or willing to obtain.
* Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.
