If you're looking for a role in a dynamic and community-focused organisation that is making a genuine impact on the lives of all Victorians, the Salesforce Developer/Administrator position could be the right fit for you.
In this role, you will:
1. Provide technical expertise and skills for user management, minor enhancements, system administrative tasks, troubleshooting, and user support for the VEU Salesforce platform.
2. Take responsibility, with the support of the Salesforce Product Owner, for administering technical environments, managing code repositories, and ensuring release and deployment processes follow best practices.
3. Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Product Owner, Business Analyst, Director, Development team, and external stakeholders to enhance the VEU Registry.
In this position, you will:
1. Participate as a technical member of the agile scrum team, contributing to delivery cycles, planning, backlog refinement.
2. Manage defect fixes and minor enhancements through the SDLC, ensuring all deployments align with internal frameworks.
3. Undertake basic development tasks in Salesforce Service Cloud, including working on Salesforce LWC components, interfaces, and Salesforce DX.
4. Oversee and test system flows, process builders, triggers, validation rules, and security policies.
5. Maintain product and user information on Atlassian and Azure DevOps tools.
6. Conduct testing on system enhancements and changes.
7. Handle system and user administrative functions, including troubleshooting, onboarding, offboarding, and user management.
8. Perform basic data analysis and reporting to identify trends and support system optimization.
9. Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Provide support and updates to the Product Owner on system progress.

This is an ongoing position. The work location is 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne, with hybrid work arrangements available.
