Senior Financial Operations Manager
The role of Senior Financial Operations Manager involves overseeing financial operations and providing a hands-on approach to direct and assist the administration team in day-to-day accounting activities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Producing financial accounting and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
* Creating BAS and tax lodgement documents ensuring compliance
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Payroll for 30-35 staff weekly
* Preparing month-end reports
* Reconciling merchant accounts
* Conducting analysis and cash flow forecasting
* Managing debtor accounts and collections
* Recording journal entries and performing accrual accounting
Qualifications:
To be successful as a Senior Financial Operations Manager, you will need at least 5 years' experience as a senior bookkeeper or 3 years as an accredited CPA with bookkeeping experience. You should also have experience using MYOB, XERO, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, experience with ERP systems and integration in accounting software is necessary.
