Role Overview
Our Far North Queensland office is one of the largest offices within the international network and continues to grow rapidly. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Officer to join our team of HR heroes in the Far North Queensland region.
The successful candidate will preferably have a strong interest in Human Resources and a passion for community care. This entry-level role is responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and delivery of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The role also involves assisting with training programs and ensuring compliance with RAH policies and procedures.
Successful applicants will thrive on working in a close-knit team and have a passion for delivering the highest quality support to our staff and clients.
Qualifications
* No prior industry experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
* Driver's License and dependable private vehicle (for travel to regional offices); and
* Current National Police Clearance.

* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
