The Role This is a broad and hands-on position supporting the commercial team, with a key focus on marketing, events, and communications. Within this role you will be responsible for: Assisting with industry events, trade shows, and customer activations Supporting social media activity and marketing communications Assisting with internal communications across the business Liaising with distributors and supporting customer-related requests Preparing marketing collateral and coordinating branded materials Managing logistics for events, including merchandise and resources Maintaining accurate records and supporting CRM activity Providing general administrative and office coordination support Your Profile We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who is eager to build their career within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will bring: 1-3 years' experience in administration, customer service, marketing, or events Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities Confidence engaging with internal and external stakeholders A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Exposure to Canva or similar design tools (highly regarded) Exposure to social media, marketing tools, or events (highly regarded) Full working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident) are required.
