Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering clinical interventions, assessments, and counselling to clients.
About the Role
* To provide high-quality clinical services through evidence-based therapeutic interventions
* To conduct assessments and provide counselling to support clients into ongoing employment
* To work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, Counsellor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Social Worker)
* Registration/Membership with relevant state or national professional body
* Clinical counselling or mental health counselling experience
* Ability to motivate and engage with people using a solution-focused therapeutic approach linked to vocational goals
* Strong organisational skills
* Willingness to obtain a Blue Card and national police check
