About the Role
Teaching Assistants at Trinity Christian School provide a key service to students requiring extra assistance in their learning journeys. Teaching Assistants support teaching staff deliver specific education to students.
Essential Criteria
Good understanding of, and commitment to, the mission and philosophy of the School.
Ability to show interest in the wellbeing of students as well as their social, spiritual and academic development.
Ability to support the learning of students as directed by the teaching staff.
Experience in working with students who require additional educational support.
Ability to work in a collaborative manner.
Well-developed organisational skills.
Sufficient skill in computer literacy to assist student learning.
First Aid Certificate is desirable.
Working With Vulnerable People card is essential.
A Certificate IV in Education Support or similar is preferred.
