Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will manage a local portfolio of about 130 properties, providing a tailored, transparent and accountable Property Management service.
* Manage a pristine portfolio of 130 properties.
* Liaise with landlords, tenants and inquiries.
* Attend to repairs and maintenance.
* Handle tribunal matters when required.
* Control arrears.
* No involvement in accounts or leasing.
Candidate
Previous Property Management experience and a COR / Real Estate License are required. A successful candidate will also possess:
* Exceptional organisational and time‐management skills.
* Ability to provide a high level of service.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent people skills and ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Ability to work well in a team.
