Power Pole to Pit Civils, NBN Pit and Pipe
Dynaton Electrics Pty Ltd is seeking experienced NBN PIT & PIPE AND ELECTRICAL POLE TO PIT Civil Labourers and Leading Hands to join our growing team in Heatherton, VIC. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the expansion of our telecommunications & Electrical infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
Excavating and backfilling pits, manholes and trenches for the installation of underground Telecommunication and Electrical cables
Installing, connecting and maintaining underground pits, pipes and conduits
Operating various machinery and equipment such as jackhammers, compaction equipment, and hand tools
Ensuring work is completed to high safety and quality standards
Assisting with the supervision and mentoring of junior team members as a Leading Hand
Installation for new developments in the south eastern suburbs Melbourne
What we're looking for
People who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a close-knit team
Reliable team players who take pride in quality workmanship and safety
Proven experience as a Labourer or Leading Hand in the civil construction industry
Strong knowledge of safe work practices and ability to work safely in an active construction site
Competent in the use of hand tools, power tools, and light machinery
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team
Valid driver's licence and Construction Induction Card (White Card)
