**The Client**

Priding themselves on designing the perfect student lifestyle, across Australia and New Zealand, an exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Marketing Executive to join an established and market-leading business.
**The Role**
The purpose of the role is to assist in maximizing financial performance by implementing innovative marketing campaigns incentre and online, evaluating marketing performance, and collaborating with internal teams, retailers, customers, and external contractors.
- Review, coordinate & implement content via digital platforms, campaigns, events & activations across the shopping centre
- Assist with the delivery of a variety of initiatives across the business
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan and shopping centre direction
- Manage the marketing budget and financial processes
- Manage all digital components with an integrated approach
- Be proactive in the delivery of local marketing campaigns to assist properties to raise occupancy through both new and existing residents.
- Use tactics to build brand awareness of UniLodge and assist to position our organisation as an industry leader in the student accommodation sector.
- Create, implement, and measure the success of your local marketing and communication activities and report regularly to stakeholders on what activities have been successful or otherwise.
- Lead, train, and direct your property teams to successfully utilise the range of centralised marketing tools provided to assist in occupancy building.
- Enhance the organisations image and position within the marketplace, with the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications.
