This is a part time opportunity. - General office administration, including managing correspondence, filing, and scheduling - Assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing expense records - Supporting payroll administration and liaising with the accountant as required - Handling supplier and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner - Maintaining office supplies and coordinating day-to-day operational needs What we're looking for - Previous experience in an office administration or similar support role - Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping or finance principles — experience with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is a strong plus - Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities - A friendly, proactive approach with strong communication skills If this is something you are interested in, please get in touch.
