Our Outside School Hours Care services in the Hervey Bay region are looking for passionate Casual Educators to assist the services and provide engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a casual opportunity to support throughout the school holidays.
You will work various shifts to support the service's Holiday Program hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am - 6:00pm.
About the role
Working in a team of Educators, you will have support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run our vacation care for children aged 5-12 years:
* Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
* Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
* Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite
* Have the opportunity to take children on exciting day trips and excursions

* Strong and clear communication

* Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
* Australian work rights
* A relevant qualification to work with children as per ACECQA is a bonus
