**What you'll need to succeed**
- High level of competence with MS Excel and Word
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy with figures
- Polite phone manner, empathetic disposition
- Ability to complete work to a high standard
- Ability to work autonomously
- Assisting Accounts Administrator
- Working with an accounting system to produce quotes and invoices
- Phone answering duties where required
