You'll ensure consistent, high-quality practices across all event types and play a key role in attracting candidates from regional and remote areas through mobile outreach initiatives. Your focus will be on operational excellence, innovation, and collaboration with Defence stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. You'll also support the rollout of new platforms and tools, ensuring your team is equipped, engaged, and ready to deliver.
