The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of mobile maintenance activities.

Deflector Operation consists of two high-grade, narrow vein Gold / Copper mines, located 160 km east of Geraldton. The ore is contained in a series of structurally complex lodes, namely the Deflector and Deflector Southwest deposits.
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of mobile maintenance activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards to maximise equipment availability and reliability.
This position will be offered on an 8 : 6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO from Geraldton.
Key Responsibilities of this Role Will Include :
* Oversee preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for all mobile fleet
* Ensure maintenance work meets OEM specifications, site procedures, and statutory requirements
* Coordinate field service work and breakdown response to minimise equipment downtime
* Liaise with the Maintenance Planner to ensure effective scheduling and resource allocation
* Assist in developing and improving maintenance strategies and procedures
* Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and production standards
* Maintain relationships with external service providers and ensure access to critical parts and equipment
* Utilise Pronto or similar CMMS to monitor asset reliability, availability, and cost-effectiveness
* Support the development of operational and sustaining capital budgets for mobile plant
* Communicate effectively during shift changes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Fitting / Mechanical (or equivalent)
* Significant experience in mobile plant maintenance within mining or heavy industry
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory role
* Strong technical knowledge of mobile equipment maintenance practices
* WA Driver's Licence (Manual C Class)
* Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Training – Level 4
* Safety-focused, organised, and committed to continuous improvement
* Able to collaborate with Maintenance, Mining, and other site departments
