* $70,000 base salary
* UNCAPPED commission structure

🔧 What You’ll Actually Be Doing
This is not retail counter sales.
You will:
* Design complete touring and off-road builds
* Quote suspension, GVM and accessory packages
* Guide customers through major vehicle upgrades
* Manage builds from consultation to completion
* Work closely with our in-house workshop team
* Build long-term customer relationships and referrals
You become the build specialist customers trust.
