Job Title: Strategic Communications Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced communications professional to join our team. As a Change and Communications Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing change management strategies and communicating critical messages to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, project management, and stakeholder engagement. They will be able to build relationships across teams and with external stakeholders, and have strong communication skills to confidently collaborate with a diverse range of customers, colleagues, and senior management.
About the Role
* This is an ongoing full-time vacancy, 35 hours per week.
* Location: This role is based in Sydney. Flexible and hybrid working options available.
* Clerk Grade: 7/8.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deliver multifaceted change and communications activities.
* Assist in implementing change and communications aspects of projects.
* Consult and liaise with key stakeholders, business sponsors, and project partners.
* Evaluate, update, and create information for the agency's Intranet pages.

* Strong communication skills to confidently collaborate with a diverse range of customers, colleagues, and senior management.
* Positive 'can-do' attitude and enjoys delivering on large, complex objectives in a changing environment.
