A Day in the Life
As a Retail Store Manager, your responsibilities include:
1. Leading, coaching, and training a team of up to 10 members.
2. Driving Ghanda values within your team.
3. Maintaining high store presentation standards in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
4. Liaising with your Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels to maximize floor space return.
5. Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports, and ensuring store and team compliance.
About You
We'll know you're the right fit if you are someone who:
1. Has demonstrated leadership experience, leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies our organizational values.
2. Thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals, and takes retail seriously.
3. Has experience in retail or hospitality roles, though this is not mandatory — at Ghanda, we value the right attitude over experience.
