This is a performance-based role with compensation from the profit made from the sale of products.
What You'll Do
* Administer purpose‐led projects that support career reinvention and lifestyle improvement.
* Learn and implement digital marketing strategies (comprehensive training provided)
* Collaborate to deliver programs, content, and strong campaign experiences.
* Manage the information process while maintaining a strong administration flow.
* Engage and provide support while facilitating training where required.
* Participate in virtual, live and personal development events.

Who You Are
* Experienced communicator and a logical, confident thinker.
* Has strong administration skills and like consistent daily activations.
* Has strong planning skills with the ability to be flexible in managing customer / client communication.
* Ability to be proactive, work autonomously in a remote environment, and demonstrate problem‐solving skills.
* Passionate about empowering others and helping them succeed.
* Self‐motivated and comfortable working independently in a performance‐based model.
* Willing to work in a self‐directed business framework (not salaried or hourly).
* Must have a minimum of 7 years full time work experience — not suitable for students.
