Join our Professional Services team in Australia as a Technical Consultant to lead technical configuration and consulting for Defence sector clients. An active NV1 or NV2 security clearance is mandatory. Key responsibilities include:

* Interpreting and translating technical requirements into software configurations
* Delivering custom configuration, testing, and documentation for client deployments
* Troubleshooting application issues with internal teams for rapid resolution
* Providing expert application knowledge and technical guidance to support client success
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery quality and client satisfaction

* Technical consulting experience or similar
* Proficiency in T-SQL, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
* Active NV1 or NV2 security clearance
* Working knowledge of client/server and web platform architecture
* Strong communication skills to lead technical conversations with clients

* Experience supporting Defence sector clients or secure environments
* Familiarity with SQL Server 2012/2014+, SSRS reporting, Java applications, or IIS configuration
* Ability to present technical solutions clearly and professionally
