About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Clean and maintain guest rooms to high standards of cleanliness
* Change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure all room amenities are replenished
* Dust, vacuum, and sanitize furniture, floors, and fixtures in guest rooms
* Report any maintenance issues to ensure repairs are completed
* Restock cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage, following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment
* Assist with cleaning and maintaining public areas and amenities across the resort and campground
* Assist with laundry duties and folding linen and towels
* Provide exceptional guest service by responding to requests promptly and professionally
About you
* Previous experience in housekeeping is essential
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
* Current drivers licence essential
