As a Centre Director, you will play a pivotal part in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre, building strong relationships with children, families, and communities.

You will be responsible for delivering our bespoke learning program, developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice. This will involve working closely with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building attendance pipelines, and maintaining a revenue-generating business.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or Working Towards)
* Experience in Leading and Managing Change within Education, Health, or Community Services
* Experience in Delivering Integrated Early Childhood Services in Areas of Disadvantage
* Proven Commercial Acumen with Financial and Operational Performance Management
