As a Groups Administrator supporting Hilton‐branded hotels and vacation properties, you'll play a key role in delivering smooth, professional service for our Guests while working collaboratively with internal teams. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Strong organisational and administrative skills with a high level of accuracyA positive, customer‐focused attitude and effective communication skillsA genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of serviceConfidence handling telephone and written enquiriesStrong computer skills and the ability to work across multiple systemsProfessional presentation aligned with Hilton brand standards
