This is an exciting opportunity for a junior or assistant strata professional to take the next step and build a long-term career. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to manage your own small portfolio while supporting experienced Strata Managers across a diverse range of buildings. You’ll gain exposure to everything from day-to-day operations through to defect claims, remedial projects, and legal matters - fast-tracking your development! Your Day-to-Day Assist in managing a strata portfolio while overseeing your own smaller buildings Prepare meeting agendas, minutes & documentation Attend and chair owners corporation meetings Handle queries and resolve issues to enhance community living Build strong relationships with owners, committees, and stakeholders Support senior managers across complex matters including defects & legal processes What You’ll Bring At lease 2 years’ experience within the Strata industry Current Strata Certificate of Registration or Licence Strong communication and organisational skills Confidence dealing with owners and committees Experience with Strata Master & FileSMART (highly regarded) What’s On Offer Competitive salary up to $80K Super Lucrative Schedule B’s up to $68%!
