Key Responsibilities
* Provide holistic and person-centred care to all residents ensuring social and emotional support
* Support the coordination of care needs including medication management, nutrition and hydration, pressure care management
* Lead/supervise care on the shift within designated areas
* Perform medicine related tasks in accordance with legislation and policies

About You
* Rlevant qualifications: Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with APRHA Registration) or Certificate IV in Ageing Support
* High level of commitment, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness
* Effective listener with ability to communicate at all levels
* Understanding of information technology and ability to learn new skills
* Current National police check
* Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
