The Role
As the Head of Facilities, you'll lead the maintenance, reliability, and performance of all OTR Group assets across OTR, Reddy Express, SMGB, QSR brands, Krispy Kreme, and corporate sites. You will ensure our sites operate safely, efficiently, and in line with our "We Never Close" commitment.
You Will Provide
* Leadership of maintenance operations and performance across all sites.
* Strong stakeholder and contractor relationships with clear KPI and SLA management.
* Oversight of budgets, spend control, invoicing accuracy and cost‑saving initiatives.
* Proactive and cyclical maintenance programs that minimise downtime.
* Regular site visits and issue resolution to maintain facility standards.
* Coaching and leadership of the Facilities Team.
* Development of asset lifecycle planning and continuous improvement processes.

About You
* Senior experience in facilities or asset management across multi‑site operations or relevant experience
* Strong commercial acumen and proven budget management.
* Experience leading high‑performing operational teams.
* Ability to manage contractors, SLAs, and performance metrics.
* Strong communication, judgement, and decision‑making skills.
* A continuous improvement mindset and ability to work at pace.
