Lawyer to Senior Associate (Employment & Industrial)
We are seeking a lawyer (up to Senior Associate level) to join our growing employment & industrial law team. This position is on a permanent, full-time basis.
THE ROLE

REQUIREMENTS
* 2+ years post‐admission experience;
* Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills;
* An ability to build relationships and trust;
* An ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Excellent organisational skills, with high attention to detail;
* Excellent time management skills, and commitment to drive matters to resolution in a timely manner;
* The ability to speak to clients from different backgrounds;
* A solutions‐focused outlook with a proactive approach to deliver quality outcomes;
* A desire to learn and grow.
* Experience in conducting litigation in courts and tribunals;
* Experience with conciliation conferences or mediations;
* Experience in employment & industrial law;
* Experience with Actionstep, or other legal software.
