About the Role
As a key team member in Osprey Village, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations. You will ensure our properties are well-managed and residents are supported while contributing to delivering high-quality village services.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct site inspections, prepare detailed reports, and manage maintenance requests effectively
* Process leases, applications, and bond transactions accurately
* Communicate with tenants and stakeholders professionally
* Perform general administrative duties, including data entry in RMS
* Support WHSEQ practices and contribute to a safe, compliant workplace
About You
You must be highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a customer-focused environment. You should enjoy variety in your work, communicate clearly, and take pride in delivering accurate support. You value teamwork, safety, and being part of an organization that makes a difference in the community.
What You'll Bring
* A minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Solid administration skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and RMS
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
