Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement trauma-informed practices to support children and young people in care.

3. Identify and address the needs of children and young people in care, including their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
* Experience working with children and young people in care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
