HVACR Operations Manager Position
This organisation is seeking a highly skilled HVACR Operations Manager to lead client service delivery across various key contracts. This role will be based in Karratha and will involve overseeing staff management, OHS/Risk mitigation strategies, and administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead staff management and develop effective OHS/Risk mitigation strategies
* Oversee administration staff and prepare regular reporting
* Ensure key performance indicators are met and provide hands-on support when required
Requirements
* Trade qualification in HVAC&R
* More than 4 years' experience as an Operations Manager/Supervisor overseeing a team of 8+ mobile technicians
* Strong financial skills, stakeholder engagement, and management expertise
Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident is required.
