In this role, you’ll work closely with customers across phone, email, and online channels, assisting with their loan accounts while delivering a professional and empathetic customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Assisting customers with general enquiries and account support
* Managing collections and working with customers to find suitable payment solutions
* Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
* Handling hardship cases with sensitivity and professionalism
* Ensuring detailed and compliant file notes and database updates
* Adhering to internal policies, processes, and external regulatory requirements
