About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fulltime butchers for an immediate start, you must have your own transport and driver's license as there is no public transport close by.
The successful candidate needs to undertake and possess:
* Cutting, mincing, slicing and boning of Pork, Lamb, Beef and Chicken and preparing meats for sale.
* Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
* Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products.
* Keeping records, budgets, and inventory.
* Performing quality inspections on all meats.
* Adhering to strict food safety and sanitation controls.
Skills and experience
* Certificate Iii in Meat Processing or relevant
* Must have at least 3 years of butchery experience
* Food safety
* Safety standards
* Portion control Slicers
* Boning ability highly advantageous
