About the Role:
* Oversee key financial functions including reconciliations asset management accounts receivable and internal auditing.
* Manage accurate financial reporting and ensure timely reconciliation of financial data.
* Track and report on financial assets ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
* Support the accounting team in managing accounts receivable and assist with internal auditing functions.

Key Requirements:
* Demonstrate strong commitment to our values of teamwork integrity and respect.
* Proven experience in a finance role with similar responsibilities and a proven track record of delivering results.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Intermediate to Advanced Excel & Word).
* Strong numeracy data entry and customer service skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance or progress toward a professional qualification.
* Experience with SynergySoft internal auditing the Local Government Act and report writing will be highly regarded.
