Join Our Team as a Heated Pool Team Leader – Lead Safe, High-Quality Health and Wellness Services
Make a difference by ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient operation of our heated pool facility, supporting community health and wellbeing through excellent service and care.
About the Role
As the Heated Pool Team Leader you will coordinate the daily operations of the pool facility, ensuring it runs efficiently and delivers high-quality consumer-focused health services. You will oversee the maintenance of equipment, uphold safety and infection control standards, and ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations. In this leadership role you will play a key part in maintaining a welcoming environment, supporting staff, and ensuring services meet the needs of all pool users while promoting health, safety and community engagement.
What We're Looking For
Experience supervising staff as a Team Leader
Experience determining and appraising methods of work organisation, including implementing detailed directions and procedures and assisting in the provision of on-the-job training
Experience maintaining staff rosters
Experience dealing with the general public and children
Experience in cash handling procedures that meet audit requirements
Experience using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Proven experience exercising judgement and initiative in day-to-day execution of a position
