**Your responsibilities may include**:
- Provide specialist advice about HSE safety strategies.
- Develop and implement systems to prevent workplace accidents.
- Identify, review and analyse high-risk activities in conjunction with the appropriate personnel and recommend an approach to be taken.
- Be actively involved in the investigation and debrief of all Lost Time Injuries and critical incidents that occur on the project.
- Promote a positive health and safety culture by supporting management and supervising activities.
- Ensure procedures for safety, risk management and emergencies are adhered to by all workers.
- This role offers on going training and mentorship with an experienced HSE Manager
- 1+ years in a similar position.
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS or OHS.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Dedicate commitment to health, safety and the environment.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
