As we continue to transform our HR technology ecosystem, we're looking for an experienced HRIS Application Support Specialist who can take the lead on day‑to‑day support of our core people systems and play a key role in the build and implementation of the Cornerstone Learning platform.
Your work will directly improve the end‑user experience for teams across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and continuous improvement of HR technology.
About the Role
You'll be the go‑to expert for supporting and enhancing our HR applications, including Kronos, Micropay, and our LMS environments. A major focus of this contract will be contributing to the design, configuration, testing, and rollout of the Cornerstone TS and new LMS, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
You'll act as the bridge between HR and IT, ensuring systems run smoothly, data integrity is maintained, and digital HR processes continue to evolve. You'll troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve application issues, while also identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and process improvement.
What You'll Do
* Provide daily technical and functional support for HRIS platforms (Kronos, Micropay, LMS).
* Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system issues using our ticketing system.
* Maintain system performance, data accuracy, and compliance across all HR applications.
* Manage user access, system configurations, and troubleshooting activities.
* Support the end‑to‑end build and configuration of the new Cornerstone platform.
* Assist with workflow design, content structure, permissions, and system setup.
* Conduct testing, UAT support, and ensure smooth deployment of modules.
* Work closely with HR, L&D, and IT to tailor the system to operational needs.
* Create documentation and support the rollout/training of end users.
* Work with vendors and IT to deliver system upgrades and enhancements.
* Identify opportunities for automation and integration across HR processes.
* Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support people insights.
* Contribute to improving processes, user experience, and system efficiency.
About you…
* 3–5+ years experience in HRIS application support (not pure business analysis).
* Experience with Kronos, ATS, LMS platforms, or similar HR systems.
* Hands‑on configuration skills for HRIS or LMS modules.
* Strong system troubleshooting and problem‑solving capability.
* Experience supporting system implementations or project rollouts (Cornerstone experience highly regarded).
* Ability to work with vendors, IT teams, and HR to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
* Strong attention to detail and comfort with technical configurations.
