Job Title: Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end new membership sales process, bringing new members to our studio, and booking them into demo classes. This role involves signing up new members, sales, and marketing efforts.

* Execute the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close.
* Assist in proactive strategies for studio promotion and sales.
* Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships, and targeting individual needs.
* Maintain acceptable levels of personal sales production.
* Emphasize and enforce objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
* Present available services to current or prospective members.
* Participate in special events to promote the club.
* Develop selling skills and work proactively.

* A high sense of integrity, honesty, reliability, and self-motivation.
* The ability to work with a team.
* Sales and client retention experience is highly valued.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships and training offerings.
* Proficient computer skills, including learning software.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
