**Your Responsibilities**:
New and Used Delivery Coordination
- Co-ordinate all pre-delivery tasks for new and used vehicle deliveries.
- Ensure all vehicles meet Customer Promise Date delivery timeframes.
- Schedule internal installations and external sublet installations efficiently.
- Manage internal staff expectations and outcomes.
- Maintain clear communication with the sales team, pre-delivery team, and management.
Pre-Owned Vehicle Reconditioning
- Schedule mechanical checks with our service team
- Coordinate paint and panel quotes and scheduling externally.
- Maintain vehicle reconditioning schedules and ensure all checks are completed before delivery.
- Manage detailing scheduling internally and externally and prepare purchase orders for detailing.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of vehicle presentation.
- Proficiency with digital tools and vehicle management systems.
- A current driver's license (manual and automatic).
